Art pickup and checkout
Those who have purchased art may pick it up and pay for it beginning at about 5:00pm until it is all picked up. If you have bid on artwork, please make sure you check with us in case you have won the bidding. Failure to pay for artwork you have won may result in you being unable to bi in the future. We appreciate your cooperation.
Art takedown and pick up by artists or agents of unsold art begins at about 4:30pm to about 6:00pm on Sunday, May 26, 2013. Please let us know if you are going to need different times than these designated take down so we can make those arrangements in advance.
Art must be checked out with the art show director or art show staff in order to maintain accurate recordkeeping. If you are having someone else pick up your art, please make sure you have signed the necessary release on your art show registration form and that they have sufficient identification for the art to be released to them. We will not release art to anyone not authorized to receive it.
Artist commission checks will be mailed, generally within two weeks of the end of the convention. The checks may be included in the package of returning art (if any), as well. Checks will be made out to the artist unless otherwise instructed on the registration form.
